Returns Policy 

We hope you and your child love your purchase but we understand sometimes things aren't quite right. 

We accept returns for fully priced items if you can the item can amend to the following conditions. 

• Order number must be provided as proof of purchase
• Returns must be submitted and posted back to us with in 21 days
• Items are in un worn original condition with all tags still attached 
• Items can be returned for a refund, we do not offer exchanges at this time

Returning Your Item

You can submit a returns requests through the portal on this page and follow the steps for approval. 

Returns can take up to 5-10 business days to process and customers will have to cover the cost of returns shipment.
